The Didlake Foundation is dedicated to empowering the disability community by raising funds and fostering partnerships that open doors to meaningful community involvement and inclusive employment.
In FY23, Didlake, Inc. created job opportunities for 1,068 individuals with disabilities. Our Day Support and Supported Employment Programs served 1,319 individuals, and the Workforce Support & Development Program supported 434 individuals.
While these numbers are meaningful, it’s the stories behind them that truly inspire us. Take Sisay Senbet, for example, who shared: "Because I am employed in the Ability One Program at the Pentagon, I became the person I am today. I achieved so many life goals... I successfully completed my four-year degree, and as a result of that graduation, I got a promotion."
